Why isn't the scanner working?

If it seems like the scanner doesn’t work, or you’re having trouble getting the scanner to recognize your package, there are a few different things you can try:

  1. Check the package you’re attempting to scan, and make sure it’s a supported product. You can find a complete list of supported products on www.mydreamworksrewards.com. Note that any supported products will have a “mydreamworksrewards.com” call out on the side panel of the package.
  2. Make sure the package is in a well-lit area before scanning.
  3. Make sure the front panel of the package fits within the scanner’s viewfinder.
  4. If the packaging material is wrinkled, try straightening it and scan again.
