If it seems like the scanner doesn’t work, or you’re having trouble getting the scanner to recognize your package, there are a few different things you can try:
- Check the package you’re attempting to scan, and make sure it’s a supported product. You can find a complete list of supported products on www.mydreamworksrewards.com. Note that any supported products will have a “mydreamworksrewards.com” call out on the side panel of the package.
- Make sure the package is in a well-lit area before scanning.
- Make sure the front panel of the package fits within the scanner’s viewfinder.
- If the packaging material is wrinkled, try straightening it and scan again.
